Lokrantz & Co was commissioned to develop Twilfit’s communication concept “It will fit your life”.
Surveys had been made, showing that Twilfit was seen as a credible player with high quality products, high service level and knowledge. However, they were perceived as predictable and boring.
The challenge was to attract the younger customer who may not see Twilfit as an alternative.
The result: Twilfit’s Marketing Director reports that the velour set in the first campaign were sold out quickly and that an increase in younger women was noted in several stores.
